I've been on my quest for the best eyeliner since I first started wearing makeup!!
For the longest time I've had a problem of liquid eyeliner being too wet that when I open my eye too fast before it dries it ends up messing up.
This eyeliner is more like a marker- so it dries right a way and it has the most effective tip for creating the perfect cat eye!
I love it.
